Following the latest lifting of restrictions we are now in a position to start some training providing we stick to specific regulations as set out by Sport England and The British Taekwondo Council.
In the first instance we are going to train on the school playing field and there will be no access to any toilet or changing facilities so students are asked to come ready to train outdoors, with training shoes if they would prefer, and enough drink to sustain them through the lesson. We are only allowed to do techniques and patterns until further restrictions are lifted but it means that we can get back to doing some Taekwondo at last.
Students can be dropped off by the Sports Hall and parents are asked to stay in their cars. (A 2 metre social distance is to be maintained throughout the whole time from drop off through the lesson and into collection please.)
All students must hold current BTC insurance so I will be asking anyone whose has expired to renew as soon as we start training with the payment of £30 made online if possible. Cheques can be paid if this is not possible. (There will be a box to put these in and it will be left for 2 days to comply with quarantine guidance.)
The lessons have to be shorter so I have reduced the cost to £3 per lesson and they will be on Wednesdays starting on 12th August at 6pm – 7pm.
All payments now have to be made online if possible so our bank details are available from me.
If you are able to come along on the 12th August then please text me on 07970664965 or email [email protected] so you can be booked in.
The full risk assessment document can be seen on request and please feel free to email me any questions or concerns. Could I request that you complete the attached form and bring it with you on the 1st session to ensure we have up to date contact information and so we know you are all OK with the regulations.
Cheers and all the best Yours sincerely
