2nd Quarter Belt Grading Bungay & Beccles Taekwondo Clubs

Well done to all our Bungay Taekwon-do students who attended the GTUK East 2nd Quarter Grading held at Bungay 17th June on a blisteringly hot afternoon in the Dojang.

You achieved 100% pass!

 

The examination includes demonstrations of techniques including kicks, punches and blocks, patterns (sequences of moves), sparring, self-defence, power destruction and Korean technical language.

The Bunga and Beccles clubs are both centres for the local community with many parents training with their children. So if you would like to learn one of the Worlds best martial arts, come along to a free taster session which you can find further details on the clubs websites.

The youngest students in the clubs are 5 years old and there is no upper age limit.

Open to red / black belt adults and now through demand junior black belts aged 14 years and over

Instructors & Assistant Instructors ensure you attend along with your appropriate students to this course, 10 points awarded to black belt test form C’

This exciting new course promises to combine faster ways to achieve higher standards within clubs and targets self confidence, the values of a powerful voice, moral code, and teaching supervision

Students on the course will have a full physical day in their DOBOKS learning the trade secrets of instruction, how to inject maximum definition into each movement, club management, moral ties with students

We feel this type of course will stimulate more mental focus into our membership. There will actually be assessor’s present to make the course more authentic on the day and to steer you to better coaching

Instructor manuals and certificates will be presented on the day

Instructors & Assistant Instructors / Adult Red & Black Belts – £30.00

Junior (14years and over) – £25.00

You are welcome to take part in the grading for extra practice,

but if not please come and help out with the other colours belts.

Bungay and Beccles Taekwondo clubs have very active student membership with over a 100 members between them and 35 members successfully completed their 1st grading of 2017 recently.

There were some outstanding performances with Hayden Considine, Alfie Woodcraft, Isaac Slater and Tegan Brown being singled out for particular praise.

The grading was taken by Mr Steve King the area 6th Dan and he said that the quality of student sparring, patterns, techniques and Korean terminology was excellent across the board.

There are 10 members from Bungay and Beccles Clubs who will be taking their Black Belt examination tests in Coventry on April 1st and we wish them the best of luck.
